SUQQU's name and logo is derived from the independence and confidence of women standing tall.
As an expression of gratitude and solidarity with women everywhere, on March 8th International Women’s Day we will be joining Room to Read in their commitment to educating the world’s most vulnerable children.
March 1 to March 31 2021
This campaign has concluded.
Thank you for your participation.
Throughout March, for every MULTI SKIN PROTECTOR 50 sold at our UK retailers, SUQQU will donate the equivalent cost of holistically supporting a girl for one day through Room to Read’s Girls’ Education Programme. Multi Skin Protector 50 helps to elevate skin to its full potential. For every woman, it creates confidence in their skin and its beautiful future. This programme supports the growth of independent women who are prepared to make positive change in their families, communities and the world.
Room to Read’s Girls’ Education Programme supports girls in low-income communities to build the skills and agency they need to succeed in school and make informed choices about their lives through life skills curriculum, opportunities for mentorship, peer support and family and community engagement.
We hope to support the growth of independent women by giving young girls across the world the chance to strive and succeed in creating a brighter future.
Founded in 2000 on the belief that World Change Starts with Educated Children®, Room to Read is creating a world free from illiteracy and gender inequality. We are achieving this goal by helping children in low-income communities develop literacy skills and a habit of reading, and by supporting girls to build skills to succeed in secondary school and negotiate key life decisions. Room to Read collaborates with local communities, partner organizations and governments to test and implement innovative models that can be integrated into the education system to deliver positive outcomes for children at scale. To date, Room to Read has benefitted more than 20 million children across 20 countries and over 40,700 communities and aims to reach 40 million children by 2025.
